What does it consist of?

  • A incentive day for a group of up to 9 people, organised by the Circuit.
  • Each of the members will have the experience of driving a competition single seater on the GP track.
  • Helmet, overalls, boots and gloves like a true racing driver.
  • The telemetry data will be shown to the drivers and explained to them by a team engineer.
  • The experience will be recorded on an “on board” camera and will be given to attendees as a souvenir.

 

Logistics?

  • 3 1600 cc Formula Renault single seaters.
  • Telemetry system.
  • Helmet, overalls, boots and gloves like a true racing driver.
  • The telemetry data will be shown to the drivers and explained to them by a team engineer.
  • The experience will be recorded on an “on board” camera and will be given to attendees as a souvenir.

 

What does it include?

  • Minimum of two 12 lap session per driver.

  • Fully comprehensive insurance for vehicles with a € 4,500 excess.

Car track days

  • This is a LEISURE EVENT and is not a competition.
  • Vehicles must be in perfect aesthetic and mechanical order.
  • Riders and passengers must be over 18 years old, except for Federation member riders, who must accredit membership.
  • Riders must be holders of driving licence “B”.
  • Riders / drivers are responsible for any type of damage caused to their vehicle or other attending vehicles.
  • The use of helmets is mandatory. Helmets for cars can be open face helmets, otherwise they must be full face helmets. Full face helmets must be worn in cabriolet cars and single seaters.
  • The use of a safety belt or safety harness is mandatory.
  • All additional safety measures (fireproof overalls, harnesses, roll bars, fire extinguishers, etc.) are encouraged but are not compulsory.
  • The maximum alcohol blood content permitted is 0.0, which may be verified through random tests during the event.
  • There must not be any loose objects inside vehicles.
  • Rear seat passengers are not allowed.

Motorcycle track days

IMPORTANT: You must read the technical documents about track days before coming to the circuit.

  • 1 brunch will be given to each participating rider, regardless of the number of sessions contracted.
  • Restaurant opening hours: from 09:00 to 13:00.

  • By paying for three sessions your fourth session will be free.
  • To be taken on the same day as the other three sessions.
  • This discount will be applied providing that the sessions are for the same person, and will therefore not be applicable for purchases of sessions for the same time.
  • The gift session is not included in the 11 and 12 sessions unless there are at least 5 riders for these last two sessions.

* Discounts for Federation and Circuit Members: You will need to accredit your federation membership (show licence) or Circuit Member membership (show card) at the point of sale.
** Insurance is compulsory. People without federation licences will have to pay the compulsory insurance fee of € 15.
*** Chronometry This is a free service but you must leave your driving licence as deposit when you ask for your transponder. Further information available at the race office.
