A number of Moto2™ and Moto3™ teams will take to the track in Valencia on the 11th and 12th of February for a private test.
With the season rapidly approaching, teams are keen to make the most of their private testing time, with a few teams having already conducted tests in 2016 behind closed doors. In Cheste on Thursday and Friday a number of teams will take to the Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo circuit to collect as much data as possible before the official tests.
As always with testing, teams will use their time to assess new parts and to try and find a base setup with their machines ahead of the season. The two days will also give a number of riders that are new to a team more time to adapt to their surroundings before the season starts with the Qatar GP on the 20th March.
