Due to a change in the MotoGP calendar, the Motul Grand Prix of the Valencian Community will now take place on 27, 28 and 29 November 2026 at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, remaining the final round of the 2026 MotoGP calendar. Due to this change of dates, a period for requesting ticket refunds will be open from 8 April to 22 April 2026.
Fans who have purchased their tickets through the official channels of the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, either via the website or at the ticket offices, have two options.
Keep your tickets for the 2026 Grand Prix. You don’t need to do anything; simply keep your ticket, which will be valid on 27, 28 and 29 November 2026. You just need to keep your tickets; no further action is required.
Request a refund for your tickets. To do so, the purchaser must complete this form with the information we require so that we can refund your money. You have until 22 April to do so.
If you purchased your tickets through other channels, please contact your seller to find out the procedure you need to follow.
Digital tickets purchased online
If you purchased your tickets on the Circuit’s website, you can request a refund by clicking on the ‘Digital Ticket Refund’ button.
You must submit a separate request for each purchase you have made.
Tickets purchased at the box office
If you purchased your paper tickets at the circuit’s ticket office, please go to the ‘Refunds for tickets purchased at the ticket office’ section to return them.
To obtain a refund, you must provide a digital copy of the ticket in JPG or PDF format.
