Learn about our access conditions, spectator obligations, emergency information...

At the entrances and inside the circuit, access or permanence will be prohibited to people who:
 
  • Access the venue without a valid ticket to enter it.
  • Do not occupy the seats of the class and place that correspond to the title of access to the premises that they have or maliciously access unauthorized areas.
  • Do not show the title at the request of the security forces and bodies and of any employee or collaborator of the organizer.
  • Introduce, carry or use any kind of weapon or object that could produce the same effects, as well as flares, firecrackers, explosives or, in general, flammable, smoking or corrosive products.</ li>
  • Have containers for drinks or food, which are made of glass, metal, wood, ceramic or similar.
  • Try to Introduce, display or create banners, flags, symbols or other signs with messages that incite violence, racism or xenophobia.</b >
  • Carry alcoholic beverages, toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances or are under their influence.< /li>
  • They are under the influence of alcoholic beverages, toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances.
  • Engage in the conduct described as violent, racist, xenophobic or intolerant in Law 19/2007
  • Actively participate in altercations, brawls, fights or public disorder
  • Those who with their attitude endanger or cause inconvenience to other spectators or users.
  • Throw objects on the track.
  • Disrupt in an unauthorized manner on the track.
  • Sing songs that incite violence, terrorism or aggression.
  • Introduce any type of animal or pet. (except guide dogs as established in RD 3250/1983).

  • BEVERAGES OR FOOD OF ANY KIND IN METALLIC, GLASS, CERAMIC OR WOODEN CONTAINERS REGARDLESS OF THE CONTENT
  • CONTAINERS WITH GAS
  • PYROTECHNIC, EXPLOSIVE OR SMOKE DEVICES
  • DRUGS OR SIMILAR
  • BANNERS THAT INCITE VIOLENCE OR THAT HAMPER THE VISIBILITY OF THIRD PARTIES
  • DOGS OR ANY OTHER ANIMALS
  • FOLDING CHAIRS OR TENTS
  • FOODS THAT REQUIRE A KNIFE FOR CONSUMPTION

  • Carry an entrance ticket issued individually, as a multiple ticket, as a season ticket or any other title that authorizes those interested to access the circuit, except in free events.</li >
  • Occupy the seats of the class and place that corresponds to the entrance tickets they are carrying, without invading the areas designated for other purposes.
  • Keep your entry ticket until you leave from the sports venue, presenting it at the request of any employee or collaborator of the organizer, as well as to the State Security Forces and Bodies.
  • Respect the smoking banin closed establishments intended for shows and recreational activities in accordance with current regulations.
  • Compliance with the requirements or conditions of access and admission established in general by the company and made known by means of visible posters placed in the places of access.</li >
Video surveillance area
As a security measure, users of the facilities may be recorded by means of closed television circuits in the vicinity of the sports venue, at its entrances and inside them.
Records
The users of the facilities may undergo personal searches as well as their bags or backpacks aimed at verifying the obligations contained in the access conditions by qualified private security personnel and/or members of the FFCCSE

At the Circuit there is an emergency plan that is activated if circumstances require it. The installations are protected with adequate means of detection, alarm and extinction. In addition, the staff of our staff is trained for emergencies and it is part of their job to help you in such a case.

IN CASE YOU GET TRAPPED IN A ROOM

  • PREVENT THE SPREAD OF FIRE AND SMOKE BY CLOSING THE DOORS. COVER THE SLOTS WITH CLOTHS, PREFERABLY WET.
  • ASK FOR HELP TO REPORT YOUR SITUATION, IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE MEANS, LOOK FOR AN OUTSIDE WINDOW WHERE TO BE SEEN.
